ABOUT GALERIE LEFAKIS

Galerie Lefakis was founded by Zinon Lefakis in 1979 in Athens.

This contemporary art gallery works in close collaboration with artists chosen for the quality of their work and the originality of their artistic expression.

​

Continuing the family tradition, 30 years later Evelyn and Aris Lefakis,

founded Galerie Lefakis 13 and 14 Rue Grande in Saint-Paul de Vence, France.

Over the past 40 years, Galerie Lefakis has established itself as one of the most prestigious galleries in Greece, presenting some of the most prominent Greek and international artists.

 

Nowadays, it continues to export itself by opening new galleries in important art centers such as Bruxelles. Through its participation to cultural events allover Europe, it has allowed prominent artists to gain more visibility and developed a reputation as an avant-gardiste and serious  art seller.
